Jake Paul is heading back into the ring, but he isn't facing another washed-up UFC fighter or a TikToker with more followers than boxing skills.

Saturday's opponent...former world champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.

Despite the quality of his opponent, Paul is a pretty hefty favorite at -600.  This means that $600 will need to be wagered to win $100.  You will get refunded that $600 and profit the $100, assuming Paul wins.

We might actually have a decent fight on our hands, but the odds suggest we could see another dominant victory by Paul.

BetOnline.ag initially set a line for this bout on April 18. The odds opened at Paul -300, Chavez Jr. +240, but quickly ballooned to -1000 (CCJ +600) in The Problem Child's favor.

Here are the current numbers, which have moved back towards the underdog:

Fight Odds

Jake Paul                          -600

Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.     +390

(NOTE: As of this writing, 71% of the money is on Paul)

The match total is set at 8.5 rounds with the OVER heavily juiced, so this fight could go the distance. More than 80% of the money is on the over.

The history of baccarat is quite old, maybe dating back to Italy. The name is derived from the Italian word "baccara," which means zero, a reference to the fact that 10s and face cards count as zero in the game.
